So I got on with some freelance work which was amazing! And I also started the new permanent position which has been a whirlwind so far. Lots of lovely people in my new team and the psychologist in me is desperately trying not to slot them all into the cliches or templates of others I have in my mind of others I have worked with in the past.

Today is Valentines Day and although I have had many texts from various members of the opposite sex nothing came through the post (apart from an early birthday card). Never mind. At least I have my children who are keeping me happy, smiling and they are happy in their social lives and with their girls. And this means that I am sticking to the rule I made previously which is FRIEND ZONE ONLY!

Lots of plans to travel upcoming. Will attempt as much on my journeys – which will mainly be train, possible flight(s). Weather was gruesome today, misty and white/grey skies. How was it where you are?
